Raging fire burns houses at Kijiji slum in Lang’ata, Nairobi. Efforts to put out the inferno that has destroyed structures at the slum next to Southlands Estate are ongoing.
Nixon Korir MP Lang’ata says because of bureaucracy, Barracks and Wilson could not respond to #Langatafire emergency. It’ll take two days. Also, the trucks that came had no water. Why have fire trucks with no water?
Uhuru and Sonko just a few weeks ago launched 37 new fire trucks.
