Five people have died and 59 others were injured after a church bus lost control at Mbooni Ngele sub county Makueni. The bus traveling from Tawa to Kisii town.
Mbooni East OCPD James Baraza confirmed three people died on the spot while two others died while on their way to hospital and among those who died are four women and one boy, 59 others seriuosly injurded were on the church belonging to AIC KATHITHYA MAA and were rushed to hospital in Tawa and Makueni hospital level 4.
OCPD Baraza says the bus was speeding and cautions drivers
The bodies of the deceased had been taken to the morgue at Tawa hospital.
