The father has painfully narrated how his son Moses Kituyi was taken by his father to a quack doctor for circumcision, the circumcision went totally wrong when the fake doctor hoped off the boys penis aged 12.
The father has resulted to taking the boy to Webuye hospital. The father says “I my self have never been circumcised”.
Father pleads for help from the government.
Doctor Wambasi Mutoro of Webuye county hospital says are saying that the boys weapon has been chopped off. “His weapon has been destroyed for his whole life”. He also urges parents to only take children to the hospital.
