President John Magufuli will once again not attend the Southern African Development Community (SADC) summit slated for August 30 and 31 in Mbabane, Swaziland where he was to accept the rotating chairmanship.
In Diplomatic relations, if a meeting of that magnitude is being held in your region, it’s almost an unwritten rule that you should attend. Magufuli missed AU Summit in Rwanda and now TICAD in Kenya. That is very strange. And now even more strange, he misses SADC where he was to become the rotational chair
