A 96 years old granny from Gatundu south is urging the president to give her audience in order to deliver a secret message, the secret message from 9 member committee of the late Jomo Kenyatta’s kitchen cabinet was supposed to be given to the fourth president of Kenya; The message is contained in writing and some artifacts.
Hannah Wambui Gatura also known as Wakibobo from Ituuru location agreed with the president that she would be taken to statehouse and deliver the message when they met at Gatundu District hospital. However the plan to meet the president has been hindered by people close to him including chief of staff Joseph kinyua who referred him to the local administration.
Speaking in Gatundu town where they gathered with other Mau Mau veterans the granny called on the president to giver audience in order to deliver a message which she hopes will deliver prosperity,peace and unity for the nation.The secret she says cannot be delivered by any other person apart from her and the other remaining committee member called Njoroge Wainaina who cannot move from his bed.
