Judgement passed by Justice Byram Ongaya, he has ordered the church to pay James Maigua sh 2,224,996, John Njogu Gachau sh 2,437,780 and Paul Mwangi 2, 219 814 as compensation for the trauma they passed during the time they were suspended.

The three were also asked to report to the Mount Kenya West Archdiocese Bishop Joseph Kagunda by 1st October 2016 for their reinstatement and that they be paid the full amount by 1st December 2016.

The Three went to court September last year after claims they enticed four young men to engage in homos3xuality that led to their suspension.
