A police officer based at Evergreen Police Station in Runda just found himself in hot soup after losing his gun to a woman.
The officer identified as Corporal Joel Kipkoech Korir was charged on Wednesday, October 5, for losing his firearm while entertaining a woman in a hotel room.
The officer is said to have lost his Ceska pistol with serial number F6104 and loaded with fifteen rounds of ammunition.
The woman is also said to have stolen KSh5,000 from the police officer. According to reports, the officer had been involved in a steamy s3xcapade with the woman before she escaped with his weapon to an unknown destination.
