In the midst of a world that rarely stops to care, only a few will be the real face of humanity.
As perceived by many, the lame are often seen as a burden to the society and are as such not taken seriously even when requesting different services. This was however not the case with a Safaricom customer care lady who went her way to offer services to the crippled man.
The lady who has since been identified as Pauline from a Nakuru branch was spotted kneeling to her knees to attend to the crippled man who could not make his way to the service shelf. Pauline has since been commended for her act with many showering praises to her kind gesture.
