Controversial gospel singer Alex Apoko better known as Ringtone might have duped Kenyans for a long time.
This was revealed a few days ago after a rumor surfaced that Ringtone had been asked to vacate his home in Karen following months of unpaid rent.
The ‘Tenda wema’ hit maker had told Kenyans that he owns the house in Karen, but unfortunately it was a cooked lie since he pays a monthly rent of Sh400,000.
Now the lad is said to have gone broke and cannot afford the rent. Ringtone has been linked to sugar mummies with word going round that he uses them to maintain lavish lifestyle. If this were true then looks like there is big trouble in paradise.
The singer has been asked to pay the balance or face legal actions. In the meanwhile his house has been locked by agents.
