Flying Squad rescues Kelson Kimani

Kelson Kimani wambugu was yesterday night reunited with his parents Wambugu Kimani and Caroline Nyambura of section 9 in Thika after he was rescued from the hands of the kidnappers four days after he was kidnapped.

Father Wambugu Kimani thanked all those who gave hope to the family as the mother explains of how they had been forced to send 2.2m to the kidnappers for the release of the boy but they had not sent before they were notified the mission of rescuing the boy was successful.

Thika town mp Alice Nganga calls the police not to release the suspects and should be jailed to be a reason to others with the ill motive.

Five suspects have been arrested which includes 3 women and 2 men where the other two are at lounge but have been identified

kiambu police commander ADIAL NYANGE says the boy had been in Ruaka in Kiambaa constituency but on the suspects knowing they were being trailed they were transferring the boy to Mwiki Kasarani where they were intercepted and the boy rescued.
