The officers have been applauded as heroes in a number of incidents and rightly so.
However, the officers in the most celebrated police unit are given meagre salaries at the end of the month, something that has appalled Kenyans. Renowned city lawyer, Donald Kipkorir shared his sentiments on social media as he openly showed his frustrations with the Kenyan government after he discovered how the dreaded factions of the police unit are remunerated.
