Just hours after NGO Board De-registered Makau Mutua’s KHRC and had its Millions in Bank Accounts Frozen READ HERE, NGOs Coordination Board Chief Executive Officer Fazul Mahamed has now targeting The Africa Centre for Open Governance (AfriCOG).

In a letter to Director of Criminal Investigation (DCI) boss Ndegwa Muhoro has been requested to shut down Africog and prosecute its directors for allegedly operating without registration.

This offense carries an 18month jail sentence and or suspension from running any NGO for 10 years.

Its directors include John Githongo, Maina Kiai, Gladwell Otieno, Funmi Olonisakin, Donald Omondi Deya and Stella Chege.
