– A nominated Member of the County Assembly (MCA) in Bungoma County has denied reports that he has married one of the Cuban doctors deployed to the County by the Government of President Uhuru Kenyatta recently.
This follows news and a photo circulating on social media of the nominated MCA, Fred Musebe, getting cosy with one of the alleged Cuban female doctors in the County.
Speaking today, the MCA said a photo making rounds on Social Media platforms was not him.
He also revealed that another photo which was later circulated on Social Media platforms was him but the lady he is seen with is not one of the Cuban doctors but a Norwegian citizen.
“I want to clarify to the public that the photo which was posted by Shaffie Weru was not me.”
“When I looked at it, I realized that the person in the photo resembles me but it was no me.” said Musebe.
“That is a Norwegian lady not a Cuban doctor,” said Musebe.
Musebe however, vowed not to take any legal action against Shaffie because he is not aggrieved by the reports.
