According to Migwi – Public information , this are conman/women who have been conning people at Kiambu, Nairobi and Mombasa, they were cornered yesterday trying to con an M-Pesa shop, I have met so many people crying, depressed and stressed because of this kind of people, one lady in my office when she came for counseling she told me that, they use something like a lotion when you shake hands with them, you become confused and you will do whatever they tell you, in that incident she gave all money she had to realize later, and remember she was employed, so she was fired and to pay the stolen cash, many have been in this trap in their shops and houses, to cut the story short con-men/women have smart mind and smart dresses take care and inform others.
