The Islamist Al Shabaab said on Friday, January 27 its troops killed many KDF troops when they assaulted a remote army installation in Somalia on Thursday, a claim the Kenyan armed force denied.
A representative for Al Shabaab, which frequently dispatches assaults on the African troops battling with the African Union’s AMISOM constrain, said its warriors murdered no less than 57 Kenyans at the base in the southern town of Kulbiyow, close to the Kenyan outskirt.
