KTN’s Duncan Khaemba has been arrested and taken to Kilimani police station; the police have a problem with his anti riots cloths. Cap 63 section184/185 clearly gives procedures of authorization of wearing such security attire
It is illegal to wear Military or police cloths without permission from the police. He also looks like he is wearing a bullet proof vest which is also not allowed.
KTN is a top TV station in Kenya, looks like they had prepared very well to protect their staff in case of riots.
