Supreme Court elections petition 2017 lawyers and judges list

National Super Alliance (NASA) move to Kenya Supreme Court sets up a battle like no other. With just 8 days of pre-trial conference where the lawyers will present their arguments. Its time for our learned folks to take over the stage from politicians.

The judges of the country’s highest court will have six days to hear the dispute and write their decision. It is known that president Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto have been preparing for a petition even before the elections started.

The Jubilee head lawyer Fred Ngatia has never lost a case in his Career. While NASA’s James Orengo is a walking constitution.

The loser will pay upwards of over 500 Million shillings.
