State House Spokesperson, Kanze Dena, tied the knot with the love of her life, Nick Mararo, in an invite-only wedding ceremony held on Saturday at at Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Laikipia County.
The closely guarded wedding was attended by her family, close friends, and senior government officials.
Planners of the wedding were so discrete that even staff at the facility were kept in the dark about the bride and groom until Saturday morning.
Nobody was allowed to take photos except the official photographer of the event.
A source intimated to us: “She gave instructions that nobody should come
with a phone. She said she did not want
a fuss,”
Kanze wore a flowing cream gown while the groom was in a grey suit.
Not much information is available on the groom, Nick Mararo, but we understand he’s an IT specialist and CEO of a tech firm.
The former, Citizen TV anchor has an 11-year son from a previous relationship and she recently revealed she’s co-parenting with the father.
Citizen TV anchors Lulu Hassan, her husband Rashid Abdalla and Waihiga Mwaura were among the invited guests.
